Into the Woods.

The weeks since my last post have gone so fast I've lost track of time. I've been wanting to do a fashion post for a while now, but getting the ideas together, the perfect weather and the time to do a shoot means I've been postponing it. I love the works of Annie Leibovitz and her fairytale-themed fashion spreads, so it only made sense to have a crack at incorporating those themes into my shoot. I drew inspiration from the classic fairytales (my favourite, Alice in Wonderland; Snow White; Pocahontas), and overall I tried to create a dreamy mood in my photographs. Once I'd got the styling together and decided on where to shoot (my local park is beautiful on a sunny day), I was ready. My friend Sylvana was gracious enough to model for me, and although it may have been a little out of her comfort zone, I think she's a natural. Here are a few of my favourite pics.
